(i) We collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, style preference, room type preference, billing and payment information. 

(ii) We may ask for photos or videos of your rooms so that the design buddies can help you with design suggestions. 

(iii) We ask for your rating and reviews on design buddies after consultation is over. We may send you surveys to collect your feedback on our site and services.

(iii) We collect details of transactions to book consultation appointments. We do not store any of your credit card or bank detail information on our site. We use third party payment gateway Stripe for processing all payments and storing credit card or bank information. (iv) We keep record of your direct correspondence, name, email address and attachments if you contact us for customer support.

(v) If you sign up as a design buddy, we ask and collect additional information on your prior design work details, pictures and social media links. 

(vi) Renovs follows standard procedures of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. Like any other website, Renovs uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
