These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ffiver LLC's Website, located at renovs.com. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing and logging on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company ffiver LLC doing business as Renovs. "Party", or "Parties" refers to both the Client and ourselves. This is a binding contract between “you” and “The Company”. By accessing this website and using services, you agree that you have read and understood and accept these terms and conditions. You also represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with ffiver LLC and are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so. If you do not agree with and meet these requirements, you must not access the site or use the services. These terms govern use and access of the site including content, functionality, services offered, payment necessary, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes will be effective immediately as we post them on the site and will be applied to access to site and use of service thereafter. Your continued access to the site and use of services following the posting of revised terms and conditions imply that you accept and agree to the changes. 

1) Service Offering

Renovs is a home decor consultation platform and it connects hobbyists, aspiring designers and interior designers known as “Design buddy” with “End user” such as homeowners, renters and remodelers who are looking for inspiration and ideas to design their homes. Design buddies provide different tiers of consultation service to end users for fees listed on the site. Any policies, processes and fees on the site related to service offerings are hereby incorporated into these terms.

2) Registration and Eligibility

Public-facing pages and sections such as homepage, ideas and blogs, how it works etc. do not require registration. You need to register and must set up an account on Renovs to use consultation services and interact with design buddies. During registration, you will be asked to provide certain details such as your name, address, phone number and design style preference. By providing these details, you agree that all your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also agree to allow us to use this data in accordance with the privacy policy listed on the site.

You are responsible for all activities under your access credentials and agree to practice reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access of your account. Reasonable security measures include but are not limited to not sharing your account information with anyone, not allowing any third party to access your account, keeping your devices secure and maintaining caution while using shared devices. You agree to notify us immediately of any breach in security of your account. You will be solely responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorized access of your account.

Registration is limited only to residents of the United States. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of the United States. If you are not a United States resident, please do not use the services. If you use services from a location outside of the United States, you are solely responsible for compliance with all local and other applicable laws. 

We reserve the right to review user registrations and accept, reject or block any user from accessing the site and using services. 

If you are under 18 years, please do not access the site or use our services in any manner.

3) Fees & Payments

Before using any of the services, you agree to pay fees in full amount as listed on the site. You will be responsible for any sales tax and other service fees surfaced during the payment process. 

Renovs may offer full or partial refund at our sole discretion. Please email support@renovs.com to request a refund.

If you sign up as a Design buddy, you agree to revenue share and payout policy terms communicated to you over email following acceptance of your profile. If you do not agree with the terms, you should stop providing consultation service on Renovs platform. You also agree that you will not provide consultation services outside Renovs platform to any of the users acquired or connected via the platform. You agree that you will not collect any payment related to the consultation service outside Renovs platform from any of the users acquired or connected via the platform.

Renovs uses a third party payment gateway Stripe to manage all transactions. All credit card and bank information are stored on Stripe servers, not on Renovs site. Please use the link below to learn more about security at Stripe.

4) Use of site content, service and intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, ffiver LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, features and technology on Renovs. All intellectual property rights are reserved. 

You must not:

• Republish, reproduce, copy or redistribute material from Renovs

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Renovs

• Use Renovs name, logo and all the content on the site without prior written permission from ffiver LLC

• Use framing techniques around our site that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website

• Engage in activity such as hacking, reverse engineering or disassembling that prohibit proper functioning of the site 

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post opinions, reviews, pictures and information (“User Content”) in certain areas of the website. Renovs does not filter, edit, publish or review all of the user content prior to their presence on the website. User content does not reflect the views and opinions of Renovs,its agents and/or affiliates. They reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts these content. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, ffiver LLC shall not be liable for the user content or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the user content on this website.

ffiver LLC reserves the right to monitor all user content and to remove any content that can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that you are entitled to post the comments, reviews and pictures on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so. These content do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party. They do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy. They will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant ffiver LLC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

5) Consent to Use of Data

You agree that ffiver LLC can use cookies and other methods to collect and use data on your usage, device, location and other information in accordance with privacy policy listed on the site. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for users visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use these cookies.

6) Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies

• Search engines

• News organizations

• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the websites of other listed businesses; and

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

• By use of our corporate name; or

• By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or

• By use of any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.

No use of ffiver LLC's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to the site. You approve to immediately remove all links to our site upon request. If you find any link on the site that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

7) Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT FFIVER LLC, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, LICENSORS, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE (ii) THE COST OF SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH, FROM, OR AS A RESULT OF THE SITE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR TRANSACTION OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE (v) YOUR RELIANCE ON CONTENT OR DATA MADE AVAILABLE BY US OR (vi) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE. 

8) Indemnification

You agree to protect, defend and indemnify and hold harmless ffiver LLC, its licensors and affiliates against any claims, judgements, liabilities, damages and expenses resulting from breach of these terms and conditions or your use of the site including, without limitation, any use of the content, services, products or your use of information obtained from the site.

9) Dispute Resolution

These Terms and conditions between you and ffiver LLC will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Both parties agree to submit to the personal and subject matter arbitration of any dispute related to these terms under the rules of American Arbitration Association. All arbitration should be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts of Kent Country in the state of Delaware.

10) Disclaimer

YOU AGREE THAT FFIVER LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY VIRUSES OR OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY HARMFUL MATERIAL DUE TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL USE THE SITE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES, CONTENT, AND ANY FEATURES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER FFIVER LLC OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH FFIVER LLC WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICES, CONTENT, OR ANY FEATURES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY FEATURES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

FFIVER LLC AND ALL ASSOCIATED PARTIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

By accessing the site, you consent to receiving certain electronic communications from us. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about our electronic communications practices.
